motorcycle helmet inspection is contained the hardgoods line, we check the overall quality during the pre-shipment inspection.

During the Pre-shipment Inspection, in accordance with products and customers requirements, the inspector will check the quantity, quality, workmanship, size, colors, carton and so on.

                                     

For the helmet inspection, we usually do the following mainly test:

1. Visual stuffing cleanliness checking

2. Painting adhesion check or adherence of painting

3. Flexibility of clean visor check

4. Functionality of the security lock check

                       

Hardgoods line is including plastic peak, bucket, water valve, metal pot, watering can, and so on.
